Group O Opens San Antonio Office

SAN ANTONIO, TX – Group O, Inc. announces new office expansion in San Antonio, TX.  CEO, Gregg Ontiveros welcomed dignitaries, clients, friends and employees to the opening of the San Antonio operations with the board of directors from Group O. “We are excited to be in San Antonio to better serve our corporate clients and expand new services.” Gregg Ontiveros comments.

Speaker A.J. Rodriguez, President of the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of San Antonio, officially welcomed Group O to the area through a ribbon-cutting ceremony and plaque presentation.  Additional San Antonio dignitaries included members from the Greater San Antonio Chamber, representatives from the Office of Economic Development and San Antonio Business Journal.  Several senior executives from Group O Marketing Solutions premier clients were also in attendance.

The operational growth employs 80 new employees in the area of managed services to do data mining, analytics and research under direction of Geren Anderson, Vice President and General Manager of Operations and Mike De La Cruz, Vice President of Sales and Marketing. In addition, there are operations and management for integrated marketing fulfillment with print, direct mail, contact center and warehousing.  This new office at 314 E. Commerce St. will allow for close contact to respond to the fast moving market place.

Mark Morales (Building 12/07), Cutting Edge Electric, Inc has been awarded Contractor of the Year by Hispanic American Construction Industry Association. The ceremony will be held at their 29 Annual Awards Banquet on Feb 20 in Chicago.

Leon Richardson (MBEP 7/05; AMBEP 11/05), Chemico Systems, Inc., has been honored by GM with the Environmental Excellence Award. There ceremony took place in January 2007.
